关于2020年上半年国际研究生毕业及学位申请工作的通知
notice about application affairs of international students’ graduation and degree in june，2020
各二级培养单位、导师、国际研究生毕业生：
to colleges, tutors and international students,
2020年上半年国际研究生毕业及学位申请工作已全面启动，请师生对照《南京医科大学国际研究生毕业及学位授予条例》要求，进行准备。
the application of international students’ graduation defense and degree has been fully launched in june, 2020. the relevant tutors and students are required to prepare it according to document graduation and degree .
在注重疫情防控的同时，严把学位论文关，确保学位授予质量。导师要加强与国际研究生的日常沟通，主动为国际研究生学习和撰写学位论文提供支持和指导。
during the ncp outbreak, the requirements of degree thesis and degree conferment are the same as usual. the tutors should communicate with international students more frequently and closely and guide them to complete degree thesis on time.
具体流程如下：
the process is as follows：

6月15日前 before june 10th | 完成论文答辩 complete the dissertation defense | 答辩前学位论文在导师指导下进行送审 the dissertation should be submitted for review under the guidance of the tutor before defense. 符合答辩条件但因疫情影响尚未返校的国际研究生可以进行线上答辩。international postgraduates who meet the conditions for defense but have not returned to school due to the epidemic can respond online. | 学位论文评阅要求3位专家；导师不能作为论文评阅人。评阅意见中有一位专家不同意答辩，本次即不能进行答辩。需对学位论文进行修改，半年后重新申请论文评阅。 the dissertation review requires 3 experts except the tutor who is not allowed to review. dissertation defense cannot be carried out this time even if one of the 3 experts does not approve. the student should revise the failed dissertation and apply for graduation defense half a year later. |
6月前 before june | 未能满足毕业及学位申请的同学递交《南医大留学生研究生延长学习年限申请表》fill the form extension application table and submit it to teaching affairs office, graduate school |
